Join Us

Sundays (during the school year)

9:00 am, Sunday school for Junior & senior high school students (youth room)

10:30 am, Junior and senior high school students sit together in worship service.

5:30-7 pm, JAM (7th & 8th grade) Junior high youth group meet for games, skits/dramas, trips, and real discussion on real issues.

7:15–9 pm, DMI (9th-12th grade) Senior high youth group meet for games, skits/dramas, trips, and real discussion on real issues.

Summer: Game Night at 7:00 pm in the youth room (001)

Weekly

Wednesdays, 7:30-9 pm, 11-12 grade students meet for TN at 819 Clinton, River Forest. TN is a time of discussion on current social issues led by the Youth Director.

Summer: Word on Wednesdays at 8:00 pm in the youth room (001).

Small Groups

A group for every age. Weekly meetings designed to grow individual and community faith.

Retreats

Fall and winter retreats for middle school and high school groups in exciting locations designed to allow more time for fellowship and reflection on faith.

Summer Service

Teens entering 8th or 9th grade are invited to serve as TNT (Teens in Touch) leaders during VBS. Vacation Bible School is a morning program for children 4 yrs - 4th grade.

Teens entering 10th grade and older are invited to serve as leaders during RSG. RSG is a First Pres day camp program for kids in 5th-7th.

Summer Camp

Fun in the Son (FITS) takes place on Hilton Head, South Carolina. It is a week in July packed with amazing worship, great speakers, and lots of fun with friends. Download FITS brochure.

Mission Trip

Students will serve in for a select mission June 16-24, 2017. Download Jamaica brochure.

F - Following Jesus (Discipleship)

Our goals:

  • Reaching students with the love of Christ,
  • Teaching them how to share that love with others,
  • Surrounding them with a network of supportive and mature believers,
  • Encouraging them to wrestle with the difficult questions about their faith.
